I accept Euro and use Paypal invoices for my customs and adopt auctions. I use my Ko-fi shop for adoptable listings and kemono custom design orders. If paying with Paypal I will need to have the email address associated with your account to send you an invoice.

Paypal invoices remain open for 48 hours. If after this time I cannot get in contact with the customer, the offer/order will be cancelled and any adopts will be put back up for claim.

Please be aware that I don't provide refunds and all deposits are non-refundable. This is for all customs, adopt auctions and adopt listings on my Ko-fi shop. Please be 100% sure before adopting/ordering!

For premade designs and auctionswith a cost over 250€, I offer a 50/50 payment plan. 50% deposit upfront which claims the adopt and then the files are delivered when the final 50% is paid. Final payment must be made within 3 weeks after the date the deposit was paid. If you want to use this payment plan, please let me know in advance so I can set it up on your invoice.

Commissioned artwork I produce for customers is for personal use only. Selling my artwork is not authorized (this refers to the actual sale of my artwork or copies of my works, physical or digital, on or offline, e.g: it being printed and then sold - this is not allowed) nor is my artwork authorized to be used for profit or commercially in any form. I do not give permission for any of my commissioned artwork to be edited, altered, traded or used in any databases/datasets of any kind.

Customers (or other artists hired by customers) are not permitted to make any revisions or editing (minor or major) to my artwork/designs. This applies to both customs and adopts.

Customers are permitted to use purchased/commissioned custom character design(s) for personal use only.

Adopts I sell are permitted to be re-sold. But if you plan to re-sell an adopt you've bought from me, please let me know so I can track the ownership.

My commissioned custom designs are welcome to be used for personal projects like fursuits (if you do this, please show me)!

Please do not remove or obscure any of my signature/credits/logos on any artwork I have created (reference sheets, images, sketches, etc.).

Full size adpotable files are exported as PNG, digital delivery only, by email.

When you purchase an adopt from me, it is included for free in the order that I can add a name on the reference image/sheet if you wish.

Watermarks will not be on the original full sized file, only my signature(s). Please do not upload the full-size, un-watermarked original file(s) online, when an adopt/design is purchased I also provide a smaller resolution file with a watermark that can be used for posting.

For all customs, reference sheet and adopt orders, only the original full sized image files are provided. The source (.clip) files are not provided.

If you have a toyhouse account, I can create and transfer the character to you on there. Please send me your username if you'd like me to do this.

All customer information viewable by me through payment services (Paypal or otherwise) remains 100% confidential. All legal names or details associated with my customer's accounts will never be saved or referenced/used during communication.

If a customer requests to remain anonymous, I will refrain from tagging their account(s) or writing/referencing their identity/username(s) if I post online.

If you commission/adopt a character from me and commission more artwork of the character from other artists in the future, I would love to see it! But please only send me SFW art.

By placing an order through my Ko-fi page or paying a Paypal invoice from me you are thereby agreeing to all of my Terms outlined here.

If reference images provided are unclear, I am not responsible for any resulting errors.

If you need to clarify something about your character's reference please contact me before ordering.

Any design work is not included in my orders (can only draw what's shown on your reference).

My terms are subject to change at any time. Updated Terms of Service regarding copyright/usage of my commissioned works also apply to past commissions.

After an order is placed I add it to my Trello queue and begin work on it shortly after.

Please note that I don't provide refunds. Please be completely certain before placing an order and carefully view my work examples to see the style and quality I produce. All deposits are also non-refundable.

All contact and file delivery is by email (please check your spam folders).

The delivery estimates on each listing are approximate only.

Deadlines are not included in any orders, if you need one please contact me before ordering.

Edits or additions after delivery are not possible unless due to my own error. If I forget to draw an aspect of a character's design, I fix this gratis.

Artwork is delivered in PNG format. The image resolutions are stated on each listing. A smaller, watermarked file is also included for the purpose of uploading online.

All characters are drawn into my "kemono" style. Please see the examples of my work here on ko-fi or my other social media. Regardless of the style of your character on the provided reference(s), your commission will be produced in my style.

While I strongly aim to produce a consistent style for my commission work, there may be very slight differences in the final product as compared to the example images listed, as every commission is a handmade, unique production.

I keep files in my personal storage for up to 6 months after delivering a commission, then I may move them into an external storage. After 6 months I cannot guarantee the storage and future access to your files through me. Please save copies (in multiple places, both local and cloud) of your commission files to avoid future loss.

I don't offer daily or frequent message updates as part of my services but occasional check-ins from customers are welcome and always responded to.

When ordering from me I would kindly ask for your patience, I want to send customers my best quality work with enough details, so it can take time to produce.

Most of my order options are "straight-to-delivery" to keep down the pricing, so therefore do not come with "WIP"s (progress sketches during the order, etc). If an order does include this it will state it on the commission listing.

I do daily fanart warmups through the week to stay sharp before working on commissions. I post these fanarts online and this is a part of my normal working process and schedule.

Commissioned artwork(s) I (maimoonrabbit) produce for customers are intended for personal use only; not for resale or to be used for profit (in any form; physically, digitally) nor are they permitted to be used commercially. I retain the rights to my artwork post transaction. I do not give permission for any of my commissioned artwork to be edited, altered, traded and/or sold or put into any databases/sets of any kind.

Customers (or other artists hired by customers) are not permitted to make any revisions, modifications or edits to my artworks, at any stage.

Customers may upload/display artwork they have commissioned from me on their personal social media accounts, with visible credit (direct links are preferred).

Please only use the smaller resolution, watermarked file when uploading your commission online. Please do not upload the full sized file online unless discussed beforehand.

As I retain the rights to my commissioned artworks, I may use any commissioned artwork I produce for self promotion/advertising for my various services, at any time in the future.

Customers may use artwork they have commissioned for personal use projects (such as fursuit making), and are also permitted to print out a physical copy (either at home or through a printing service) of their commissioned artwork but strictly only for personal use/display (not for sale or distribution).

To remain anonymous in any future commission postings or keep your order private, please notify me before or immediately after you place an order.

When naming the queue cards on my public Trello, I use the names of customer's characters. If I don't have a character's name available to use then I use the customer's Ko-fi username instead. If you want to be anonymous on my Trello, please let me know before you order.

I post commission work mainly to my server but occasionally I may post a completed commission on my accounts, especially if it fits in with the style/theme of art I usually post. I don't directly tag customers accounts when I post commissions (this is for safety as I don't want to accidentally direct to anything non sfw).

It is explicitly stated here that my commissions and shop items listed on the platform "Ko-fi" are strictly digital downloads only (i.e "Digital Artwork) and never a physical product. I am never required or expected to ship any items to customers nor do I request or receive shipping addresses through Ko-fi.
