I accept Euro and use Ko-fi commissions (for simple options) and Paypal invoices (for illustrations).

Payments are accepted upfront and in full. After an invoice is paid, the customer’s order is added to my queue page and work begins.

If the order total is over 400EUR there is a 50/50 payment plan available (50% upfront and remaining 50% to be paid before final delivery. If you want to use this plan, please let me know so I can set up your invoice.

Invoices remain open for 48 hours after being sent. If after this time I cannot get in contact with the customer and the invoice has not been paid, the order and invoice will be cancelled.

I don't provide refunds after I've begun work on an order. Deposits made with the 50/50 payment plan are non-refundable. Please be 100% sure before placing an order/paying your invoice.

Each commission type comes with an average delivery time, please look on the info pages for this information. The estimates shown are starting from the time of payment and include working days only.

Orders do not include a deadline in the standard prices. It is possible to add a deadline to an illustration order for a fee (20% of the total price of the order).

I don't offer daily/frequent email or message updates as part of my services.

Fullbody Illustration orders come with a progress checklist and greyscale progress sketch. Customers can check their order card on Trello for detailed progress updates/queue status. Fullbody illustrations also come with a concept sketch to be confirmed by the customer before proceeding.

All other order types do not come with progress sketches or Trello checklists.

If an order needs to be edited after it is completed due to my own error (e.g. if I leave out a part of a design), it is of course fixed for free. For other purposes, each minor edit costs 20EUR each.

I am open to minor change requests to character's designs (I may decline depending on the size of the request), but please inquire before paying the invoice or placing an order so I can confirm it first. Please understand that I cannot make edits or add new things to your order after payment is made.

I sometimes post personal art/fan art on social media inbetween commissioned work. I do daily warmups between commissions, this is part of my usual working schedule.

Commissioned works I produce are for personal use only; not for resale or to be used for profit or commercially. I retain the rights to my artwork. I do not give permission for any of my commissioned artwork to be edited, altered, traded and/or sold. Customers (or other artists hired by customers) are not permitted to make any revisions (minor or major) to my original work, at any stage in it's completion.

It is forbidden to insert my artwork/commissioned artwork into AI programs and/or datasets. Using my artwork for this purpose will be considered an automatic purchase of commercial rights.

If you want to order artwork that is intended to be used for advertising and profit, it must be purchased under a commercial licence. Please email me with your information.

I post commissioned works I've completed (as well as potentially any work-in-progress images/videos) on my website and public and members-only social media accounts on my own schedule (but if you want me to delay a post due to a gift/birthday please just ask, it's no problem!

CUSTOM DESIGNS/TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP: Customers can use purchased/commissioned custom character design(s) only for personal use/suit making and not for profit or commercial uses.

The design(s) and artwork(s) I create cannot be traded, edited or used commercially. They are for personal use only.

An estimated completion date will be provided at the start of the order for each YCH.

YCH orders do not come with sketch shots (progress screenshots) or character design work.

Specific rules for each YCH release are posted with the original opening post on social media as well as on the order form. These will include turnaround times, expected quality and other important details.

The Terms of Service on this page also apply to all YCH orders.

Prizes from follower giveaways/raffles that I run have the same terms as above (commissions). No deadlines apply (they will be done in between or after paid orders are completed) and there are no edits available during or after the completion of the (prize) art.

Prizes may not be edited, modified or sold/used for profit. I retain rights to the artwork. Prizes can be uploaded by the winner to their personal social media account(s).

Files are exported as PNG, digital delivery only (temporary Google Drive link sent by email or through Ko-fi).

The image resolutions of each commission type are listed on their info pages.

I no longer offer files ready for professional printing, I apologize for any inconvenience.

All customer information viewable by me through payment services (Paypal or otherwise) remains 100% confidential. All legal names or details associated with my customer's accounts will never be saved or referenced/used during communication.

If a customer requests to remain anonymous, I will refrain from tagging their account(s) or writing/referencing their identity/username(s) when I post online.

I use the name of my customer's characters on the cards in my commissions queue (Trello).
